My story

I have built it, lost it, deleted it, and started over.

I have made more than 10,000 videos, published 35 books, sold courses to hundreds of thousands of students, earned more than $2 million online, built huge audiences, lost them, deleted them, and started over.

The worst years of my life were the years I had no one I could tell the truth to. I tried to carry everything through alcohol, gambling, food, work, games, money, fame, social media, and constant achievement. Nothing changed for long until I stopped isolating and started talking honestly with other people.

I have been sober since 2014, and I rebuild in public.

Today I live in St. Petersburg, Florida, where I make videos every day, raise my kids, play tennis, stay sober, go all in on the Internet Computer, and build this website — hosted fully on-chain — as the one place that connects everything I do.
